Nicole Jolly

Nicole Jolly serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Special Assistant to the President at the Urban League of Louisiana where she is responsible for designing, implementing, and aligning the work of ULLA’s programs and projects across its three Centers of Excellence; supporting ULLA’s short- and long-term plans including an expanded footprint and expansion statewide; ensuring strong partnerships and relationships to increase impact; and leading efforts such as the Urban League’s 2020 Census, Wake Up Geaux Vote initiative, and annual policy cycle events. Her experience includes serving as the Director of EMPLOY, managing a local cross-sector opportunity youth collaborative and serving as the Enterprise Manager a multi-organizations data platform, the Manager of Data-Driven Policy at the Partnership for Youth Development, and as the Data and Policy Analyst for New Orleans’ juvenile detention center. She has supported the strategy development and coordination of multiple Collective Impact initiatives, instituted data and performance management systems, and managed and mobilized data for strategy, decision making, and policy development. Nicole holds a Master’s in Sociology from the University of New Orleans and a B.A in Sociology and Certificate in Native American Studies from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, OR where she served two terms as the Director of Multicultural Affairs and Board member of the Oregon Students of Color Coalition.
