Symposium Objectives: 

• Showcase promising practices from community partners across the state that are successfully operationalizing efforts to promote health and racial equity in response to crime and violence in communities.

• Advance ideas, tools, and resources from innovative and emerging practices designed to strengthen communities by addressing systemic barriers and policies that exacerbate crime and violence in communities.

• Support the positive momentum of partnerships, investments, and continued participation in racial and health equity efforts that elevate community voices and perspectives in developing solutions to violence prevention.
